Tenuta San Carlo

Tenuta San Carlo, located in the heart of Tuscany, rents 4-person and 5-person farmhouse apartments all year round. Guests enjoy biking and walking through 500 acres of park land to a beautiful and barely frequented beach, bird watching, feeding and petting many kinds of farm animals, summer dinners under the stars, and resting undisturbed under pine trees. San Carlo is a perfect family vacationing and group vacationing spot.

Tenuta San Carlo is one of the two properties located in the park of l’Uccellina and has become a key location where typical flora and fauna of the region, such as wild boar, deer, pheasants, and porcupines, can be found. The beach is distant three kilometers from the main entrance of the property and is accessible via a private bike path.

On top of being part of a beautiful nature reserve, Tenuta San Carlo is located between the cities of Rome and Florence along the coast of Italy. Most major cities and notable towns of central and northern Italy are within single-day train or bus rides, which leave from the city of Grosseto 15km in land from Tenuta San Carlo. For more personal needs and entertainment, the port towns of Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, and Castiglione della Pescaia are located near by also along the coast.
